Real Life Weddings & Events
- Superwed Cars does not own the vehicles but acts as an agent on behalf of the suppliers of the vehicles. The cars are kept at various addresses around the area. If you wish to view a vehicle, please contact us to arrange a mutually convenient time.
- To secure a date & car, a deposit of £100 per vehicle is required. Bookings are held provisionally for 7 days to allow for completion of paperwork. Once received with the deposit, a formal confirmation will be emailed to you. The final balance is due by the latest 21 days prior to the wedding.
- You can put a deposit down using BACS (internet banking - this is free), cheque or cash.
- Where short distances/times are involved, the car can make a second pick up (e.g. to pick up bridesmaids before returning for the bride). We must stress however, that the first journey MUST be ready to go on time. Also not all cars offer this option.
- Where weddings are held at a single venue, the bridal car can wait until after the service for photographs if you wish and then perhaps, you both could take a short drive together as Mr & Mrs.
- Most cars have comfortable space allowance for 2 passengers (plus a child over the age of 3) on the back seat and 1 in the front. Remember to allow more space for a more fuller bridal gown. This note is highlighted by the +1 on the car and generally refers to seats suitable for the younger bridesmaids. (mainly aged 3 - 13 )
- Ribbons and sprays are included where possible. Sprays are provided where a car has a rear parcel shelf but please note that the older cars do not always have this shelf.
- Some of our bridal cars look fantastic together, don't hesitate to ask for recommendations. (see bridal car combinations on the web site for ideas).
- The * is those cars that will offer a 3 hour hire as a hire period. The remainder generally work to a 4 hour guideline and this is there minimum price.
- Cars booked for the groom are normally priced up for the single run to the marriage venue to include photographs. Once you head into the ceremony the car will slip away. They will quite happily go on to a reception venue but please let us know that this is required as it needs to be reflected in the price quoted. (not a major extra cost)
